CPRS is a software system that enables healthcare providers to enter, review, and continuously update patient information to directly support clinical decision-making. It allows users to order lab tests and medications, record patient allergies and reactions, enter progress notes, diagnoses, and treatments for each encounter. Core CPRS functionality includes viewing and adding current patient problems, lab reports, and hospital visit data from any tab.
