SCHEMES FOR PARTICIPATION
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
It is mandatory for all participants in the VISION ASIA-2015 of United Kingdom, to abide the following
Terms and Conditions of B.D.O:
1.The booking of stalls/spaces will be confirmed once the application forms are duly signed and stamped. It
will be received along with fees and with the company profile.
2.To avail the additional services e.g. Accommodation Booking, Customs clearance or storage etc.. of Vision
Asia – 2015 British Asians Welfare Association Membership will be required. (BAWA’s membership form is
enclosed)
3. All documents including Invitation letter will be sent to all the International participants. BAWA and B.D.O
shall encourage those participants who are already to do trading in UK & Europe but there will be no
responsibility of their visa etc as we sell stalls/ spaces only.
4. 50% of the total amount must be paid for booking and confirming a stall. 20% of the total price of each
stall will be deducted on cancellation.. Cancellations may be accepted with sound reasons within 28 days of
booking and insurance after the deduction of 20% Administrative charges.
5. In case of any natural calamity, cancellation, accident or force major no liability of any kind will be
acceptable, by B.D.O or BAWA.
6. Stalls are not transferable or dividable without prior approval of B.D.O
7. The decision of Exhibition Board Committee in all matters will be final and shall hold legal binding to all
participants.
8. The Managing Committee of B.D.O reserves the right to refuse any application without stating any reason.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS:
It is mandatory for all participants in the VISION ASIA-2015 of United Kingdom, to abide the following
Rules and regulations:
1. Exhibitors are not permitted to display their goods outside the Exhibition or in the gang ways.
2.The participants will transport their exhibits to the Exhibition Hall under their own arrangements and
cost.
3. All Exhibitors are requested to maintain tidiness and no advertising material such as posters, banners or
sign board shall be placed without approval.
4. It is not permitted in any circumstances to display or sell any of the narcotics or explosive goods or any
prohibited items or indulges in such activities prejudicial to illegal activities.
5. Security Personals and mobile officers will be assigned at the venue by the Management.
6. CCTV cameras are operating inside & outside the venue by the Management.
7. Strictly to keep all the health, Environment and safety Regulations as per United Kingdom Laws.
8. All the Exhibitors must keep prompt timing as penalty may be imposed.
9. The Exhibition Board reserves the right to refuse any application without stating any reason.
10. All the Exhibitors must display their goods after 12.00 PM to 8.00PM and must remove their goods from
8.00PM to 9.00PM.
