Established in 1967, Promosalons is a non-profit network - the only
one of its kind in the world - dedicated exclusively to promoting French
trade shows internationally. By increasing the number of international
visitors and exhibitors at French trade shows, Promosalons contributes

Our know-how
Promosalons’ bicultural experts offer French exhibition organisers

Grâce à un dispositif d’accueil complet et gratuit aux aéroports de Paris et
dans les gares parisiennes, le Comité Régional du Tourisme Paris Île-de-
France en partenariat avec Viparis et Aéroports de Paris mettent tout en
œuvre pour faciliter le séjour des professionnels français et internationaux.
Un accueil personnalisé, guidé par des hôtesses et une signalétique
adaptée permettent aux visiteurs, exposants et congressistes de s’informer
et de s’orienter dans les aéroports et gares parisiennes. Des navettes
gratuites équipées de Wi-Fi sont mises à leur disposition pour un accès
rapide et facile aux parcs d’expositions et lieux des manifestations. Sur
place, un service de groom et de conciergerie leur permettent d’optimiser
leur visite de Paris et sa région.

The Paris Region Tourist Board has teamed up with
Viparis and Aéroport de Paris to offer a
comprehensive free information service for
French and International business visitors at Paris
airports and train stations.
As well as clear signage throughout the
capital’s airports and train stations, hostesses
are also on hand to offer personalised
information to guide visitors, exhibitors and
delegates to their destinations across Paris. There
are also free Wi-Fi equipped shuttles for rapid
access to the various exhibition centres and other
venues. Once on site, porters and concierges are
happy to provide that special local insight to help
visitors make the most of their trip to Paris and the
surrounding area.
