Vision of MS 399 The vision of Middle School 399, the Elizabeth Barrett Browning School, is to improve student performance, create a school-wide awareness of the importance of character building and strengthen the partnership with parents to help form and develop youngsters who will become life-long learners and positive contributors to the society at large.

4. Goals of MS 399 Reduce the amount of online incidents as much as 25%, by creating a culture of respect for all. Increase student performance on Standardized Tests by 25% in both Math and ELA. All students will make AT LEAST one year of progress.

8. Questions If not me, then who? Do they know it, and can they use it? Do they know it, and can they show it? What difference can I make right here right now? Can our students wait until next year? “ Learn or we will hurt you” this is not the conditions that promote learning! But it is one that we use, either you do your work page or you will not go outside! The change should be that “learn or you will hurt yourself!” 90% free and reduced, 90% minority, 90% students who meet or exceed. Can it happen?
