The document provides instructions for joining a virtual seminar on the KSIConnect platform. It instructs users to visit the KSIConnect homepage and click on the virtual room tab to access the virtual room page. From there, users can click the link to join the meeting, where they will be prompted to enter their name as a guest before entering the room. Once in the room, users can type messages and questions in the chat box to communicate with speakers. After the seminar, users are asked to complete an online user experience survey.

1. KSIConnect Virtual Seminar Instructions
 Visit the KSIConnect Virtual Seminar homepage (http://ksiconnect.icrisat.org/)
 Click on the “Virtual - Room” menu tab or go to
(http://ksiconnect.icrisat.org/index.php/virtual-room/)

2.  On the Virtual room page Click on the “Click here to join the Meeting ” as show below
 After clicking the link you will be redirected to the following page. Here select as a
guest and enter your name in the following specification.

3.  Click on Enter room button, and then you will be redirected to the meeting page and
in a few seconds you will be participating in the meeting and the page looks like this.
 If you wish to send a message or question to the speaker, please type your message in
the chat box below the viewing screen. If participating in a live seminar, your
question will be read to the speaker by the moderator at the seminar’s conclusion.
