2. This photo actually is one of my favorite photos I took from the whole Korat trip. I took this photo because I didn't know that they can make coconut shells into other stuff like these spoons. Also the shop-keepre said they made these spoons by themselves and sell it to the tourist who visits their village which I think it’s pretty smart because it’s also a way to make money for themselves.
3. I saw this lady who was making a new hat sitting on her chair putting different on the hat, I thought it was really gorgeous so I decided to taken this picture all the hats she made.
4. I took this picture inside the museum , I thought that this wood-fans are very creative. The fans are well-crafted and perfectly designed.
5. this photo represents a women who’s making her own little art work to sell to make money. Her small umbrellas are absolutely cute and also colorful. She told us the a few ways to make your own umbrella and we stopped and sat by and watched her make this umbrella that she's making right now in this picture.
6. We saw this old man working by himself outside his house and I wondered isn’t this supposed to be women’s job and this picture described it all.
7. Villagers. (family) This picture is very sweet because I have only seen this one family which is all gathered together out of the whole village, and just smiling when we pasted by. It was really sweet of them to smile at us when we passed by.
8. These village women were really nice they offered us if we wanted to sit with them and talk. Well, obviously we said no because we were really shy but I thought it was nice of them to ask us to sit down and talk.
9. Lady making her food. This lady she was cooking her food during we visited her and she asked us if want to try some of her papaya salad.
10. The village is very religious, they have posters of religious symbols everywhere. The three monks on a poster I found in a store in the village.
11. This is a religious Thai spiritual houses. What I learned is they put the god inside the house and they pray to them with food and drinks for example: The fanta glass bottle you can over there.
12. This is a religious symbol represented in Thailand Colorful scarf or cloth wrap around the tree brings good wealth to you and protects all the evil spirit.
13. When I took this picture, I thought in my head that the village people must love the king too. The picture of the king was on top of their beds, which made me learned that the villagers respects the king more than anything. The king of Thailand.
14. I didn’t know this. They use the natural sunlight to dry their clothes after they washed it in the morning. Dirty laundry from one of the village families.
15. Villager’s house This photo makes me noticed that actually how poor these people are. Look at the bottom of their houses. It’s made out of wood, it could collapse almost anytime. Look at those stuff they left outside their house. Shampoo bottles, buckets, all the other stuff they I don’t know what they are but it all looks old and nasty. I think we need to do something about this.
16. Chicken. This is a chicken we found next to a villagers house that “doesn’t own any chickens”. We asked them if they know who’s chicken is this they said “ there’s too many house who owns chicken so we have no clue” so we found out that the village people actually have chickens as their pets, or food.
17. We found this poor dog in front of one of the villagers house and it looks like it’s home less so we feed him some stuff and after that he started to follow us.
18. This is a body of water we found at last few minutes when we had to go and we thought this body of water was kind of nasty and we wondered why the ducks or goose those birds drink water from it?
19. We found this old little boat under this building, we first wanted to go on it but people said it’s too dangerous so we didn’t want to get hurt so we didn’t go on it.
20. I saw this photo in the museum they wrote a summary about fishing in the village. Fishermen used to fish around the body of water I showed you 2 slides before. We saw some record that they got some small fish and other water creatures like small snail and other kind of fish.
21. These chickens and ducks were very friendly especially this one because we went up to this rooster or chicken (I have no idea how to tell the difference but anyways) It just stood there and let us take pictures of it. And all the other chicken and ducks were just busy running away thinking that we’re like giants or something that will kill them.
22. We saw these ducks were drinking water from the ground and the water doesn’t look that good instead saying not good it looks actually horrible. So, we were chasing after those ducks to stop them to drink from the dirty water. It was a great memory
23. This cow was a highlight. When I past the house who owned this cow I didn’t even realized at first then I walked backwards and try to look at it again and I was yelling “it’s a huge cow.” OMG.OMG.OMG… It was really hilarious when that happened.
24. This is a photo while one of our friends was trying to touch the cow and she failed, and I quickly snapped the camera and I got this close-up picture of the gorgeous cow.
25. This is a Thai-style marketing truck. We saw villagers stopped the truck and wanted to buy some chilies and garlic. The woman sitting in the truck is the lady who sells and tell you the price for each item.
26. I thought the village was quite poor until I saw this motorbike parking infront of one of the villagers house and I was pretty surprised that they use motorbike as a transportation.
27. This is photo was quite special to me because I did not know that there were any barbers/ hair stylish in the village to let villagers to get a haircut. Also I was really stupid because I never thought of the question that “how does the villagers keep their hair so short” (male).
