The document contains a story written by four students about a gingerbread princess. In the story, a baker makes a gingerbread princess that comes to life and escapes from the oven. The gingerbread princess sings a song and goes on an adventure, meeting a fox and cow along the way. However, the cow gets tired and slows down, implying the gingerbread princess' adventure comes to an end. In our fairy web quest we had to write a story here it is:
The ginger princess
One day there was this one baker that you could never get a better baker in the whole wide world then this peticular day the
baker said I am going to make a ginger princess then we have to get an recipe said the baker wife so they went down to the
recipe shop and brought a ginger bread recipe i thought that we could turn things around said the baker to make this ginger
bread princess ok sweet heart said the baker wife.
Don’t burn your self sweet heart okay darling please go away now ok said the wife.
Were should i start ok ill start by making a plan so there i was busy in the study then all a sudden i had the best idea i had ever
thought of then i started of by rolling the dough and then i made a shape of a princess then the baker put the princess in the
oven and when he turn the heat up to the 150 dergess on the oven the highs of them all but the baker leaft the oven open just a
crack and the little ginger princess got out of the oven and ran down the road and sang run run as fast as you can you carnt
catch me im the ginger bread man
so there he ran down the lane to the river and there was a fox that was hunting for fish
then he turned around and there he saw me i was so scared i was just about to cry then all of a sudden he said to me do you
wont help across the river then hop on my back princess that very kind fox but i think ill jump on a leaf said the princess but
princess don’t do that fine you can take me on your back so go on jump on princess okay there we go so we were going over the
river then all a sudden there was the baker shouting to the fox you stupied fox come here you toke the ginger princess by
mistake said the baker then all a sudden the fox said the ginger princess is going to be crushed up in my mouth and then the
princess jumped off the foxes back and said run run as fast as you can you carnt catch me im the ginger bread man hahaha said
the princess as she ran then all a sudden i saw this big cow fat and chubby cow so the cow said jump on my back and ill take you
to the castel so they set off on there way they sore the fox again then all a sudden the fox bit the chubby cows leg he said all that
was the best bit i ever had said the fox carry on said the fox i think hes gone a bit ding dong said the princess then all a sudden
the cow started to slow down whats wrong said the princess then the cow said you know how cows get old and die and thats why
im going slow because of the fox ive got no more lives left said the fox in a slow sad life.

One day there was a duckling, not just a plain old boring duckling, a really ugly duckling in fact.
It was so small that it looked like a speck of dirt , a lot smaller then all the others in fact. One very
fine day there was this evil witch she wasn’t just a plain evil witch she was the most ugliest witch
you ever saw. Then one spring morning there was a girl just sitting on the side of the bank asleep,
then all a sudden the ugly duckling passed the little girl he stood on a sharp stone and did a quick
little quack that woke her up, she got up and ran all the way to the castle and yelled “Dad , Dad
where are you, I need you to catch this ugly duck for me so I can keep it in my room” but then her
dad said “your insane” suddenly the little girl started to cry” Her dad was in shock” fine ill go catch
that ugly little duckling for you” darling then all a sudden there was this tiny little ugly there i ran
straight away up the stairs to my room then I was wrighting down some names I could call it then I
had this wonderful idea I could call it spotty then I ran down the stairs and went and told dad
but suddenly he said i don’t know how to put this but I don’t think we should keep it. It could cause
some harm to the castle, and because it is so small it will go into small places and make the waiters

up on the wall.Then we made a story then we
made another story but it was a fractured
fairy tale that Jennifer and I made together
but we deleted it so we had to make this one

a) What is irony?-the use of words to pass on a meaning that is the contrasting
of its real meaning.
b) What is satire?-Use of humour to criticize someones foolishness.
c) What is parody?- Rip off the style of an artist or genre with deliberate
exaggeration for comic effect.
d)What is a stereotype?-A stereo type is a character or thing the conforms to
such an image.
Here are 5 examples of a stereotype.
A princess is tranquil and calm, kind and beautiful.
A prince is charming, handsome,.
A king is powerful, protective.
A queen is old, usually skeptical and bossy
A wicked witch is evil, ugly, cunning.

My Story
One day the three little pigs went out for the day shopping and went for a picnic. so they all got ready and
they got there money and then they all left to go shopping for food and drinks for the picnic and then they
all go for the picnic on the beach, they take some beach ball to play with and then the leave to go to the
beach. When they get to the beach, they all set themselves up and make a picnic and then they all go for
a swim in the sea.
They all had fun running around and around for five hours, and then they had some nibbles and then they
went for s swim. We were so tired after a fun day so we went home for a rest. The next day they all went
out shopping for things for decorating their bedroom and there lounge so they all went to the mall and
they all went shopping. The day had come for when they all got together and said “ Will You Marry Me?”
“Yes!” and they all lived happily ever after.
1. Write a short summary of the fairytale you read.
Cinderella lived with her two ugly step sisters, mean step mother and her father. The step sisters got
everything they want and Cinderella had to tidy the house and clean up after her stepsisters. One day the
entire family was invited to a royal ball but Cinderella coulde’nt go there because the ugly stepsisters
were there to have fun instead of seeing her there and thinking that she was sepossed to be cleaning in
the house.
The end of the day was here and they got married and lived happily ever after, and had two children! The
next day they all got up and they all went out to the mall for shopping for clothes and things like that and
they all came back with $100,000 worth of shopping each, when they all got back they talked and talked

8. about all the beautiful things they all saw. They all went out for
dinner at a restraint. The next morning the got up and went out
for some breakfast.
Then we all went on a road trip around their hometown, so then
they all hope into the car and they all go off for the road trip.
When they all got back home they all were tired so they all went
out to a restraint for dinner and then they all went to bed.

9. Summary
We thought that the questions were hard but would like to do
more during the year.

10. We didn't finish it all so we didn't do it all.
