Team Lead - Business Performance Reporting
o Mapping the client’s requirements and coordinating in developing the Business reports and implementing. Analyzing the Business
requirement in line with the guidelines specified by the client.
o Responsible for end to end transitions of the Business Reporting for AP, AR and Payroll.
o Demonstrated ability to manage technical and functional abilities so that the client requirements are mapped in the usable and user
friendly format using Microsoft office excel, Access, Business Intelligence and Oracle.
o Accomplished professional with a reputation for consistently delivering complex projects on-time.
o Comprehensive Commercial skill set and expertise in training, customer support, team management, Quality testing and client
relationships.
o Forecasting the Business Volumes received by the clients as per the contractual agreements with the clients.

Department of Health UK under the act of Better Payment Practice Code.
o Analyzing the Overall Business Performance using the baselines defined in the Contracts and as per the organizational, or
Customer requirements.
o Working for Change Request, MWO and CCN in lined with the changes taking place in the client contractual agreements.
o Adhoc reporting like FTE count and Hackett analysis for the MI - Benchmarking.
o Audit the volume in all the service line and find out the loop holes wherein client performance is low and notify the Departments
Heads on the same.
o Risk management/BCP/ adherence and planning.
o Business Continuity Planning (BPC)
o Project management to manage risks, dependencies.
o Requirement gathering, analysis-solution shaping from requirement, creation of BPD (blue print document),Testing etc.
o Key performance Indicators to be Audited and presented to the ops.
o Review contractual updated for F&A and Payroll on monthly basis.
o Presenting the Service refunds against the KPI breach.
Process Management
o Mapping client’s requirements and coordinating in developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the
guidelines specified by the client.
o Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to
maximize customer satisfaction level.
o Monitoring internal process audits for IGAF or which compliance ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems.
o Responsible for building strong relationship with clients to ensure Business and effective foundation for future growth.
o Monitoring SLA/KPI deliverables including productivity & quality.
o Forecasting workload and scheduling staff to meet anticipated workload within scheduled turnaround time thereby enhancing

Team Management
o Identifying and implementing strategies for effective team building by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
