  • 6. How to Get Students Involved Students would be much more willing to participate in physical activity if they didn’t see it as actually physical activity. Using video games is the best of both worlds. It gives the students the interaction with video games that they love, but at the same time it also gets them up and moving. It’s almost as if we are tricking them into physical activity.
