This document is a certificate issued by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia. It certifies that the holder, Arsen Tomić, has been properly trained in accordance with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended. Specifically, the holder has been found qualified to perform duties as part of an advanced fire-fighting course. The original of this certificate must be kept available on board any ship on which the holder serves.
