Plan to attend a FREE Financial Aid Workshop
at Virginia Highlands Community College.
College-bound students and their parents are invited to
attend a FREE Financial Aid workshop that will provide
a comprehensive overview of the federal financial aid
application process - regardless of the college or university
you plan to attend. Those who bring their completed 2011
tax returns will have the option of attending a breakout
session that will provide one-on-one help in submitting an
online application, while others may use the information
provided to file an application later.
Each session will begin in LRC-605 (Keyser-Aday Theatre) on
the Virginia Highlands Community College campus, just off
Exit 14 of Interstate 81 in Abingdon.
Similar information will be presented at each session, so
please choose the one that is most convenient.
• Saturday, January 28, 9 to 11:30 a.m.
• Monday, March 12, 6-8:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 17, 6-8:30 p.m.
No registration is necessary and
pizza and soft drinks will be provided!
