VetFinder is a mobile app created by five students to help pet owners easily find reliable veterinarians close to their location. Through user interviews, the students found it is difficult for owners to find vets, especially for uncommon pets. The app displays vets in the user's area and their reviews to help identify reliable options. It also aims to solve the problem of difficulty finding vet care by providing an easy search tool. The student team has started programming the app and identified the necessary coding elements to make it functional.

● VetFinder is designed so that people can
find a vet for pets that are not as
common, as well as for owners with more
common pets who want to find a reliable,
close by vet.

4. How can you find a reliable vet?
It is very hard and time consuming to find a
vet for your pet, especially if you have a
unique animal. This app has vets in your
area, and has reviews for them as well, so
you know who is reliable.

VetFinder is solving the problem of it being
hard to find a reliable vet, according to our
user interviews.

Our team, Nikki, Olivia, Kamie, Isabel, and
Audrey are developing a mobile app to help
pet owners find reliable, close vets to your
location

After interviewing potential app users, we
found that the problem they have most is
being able to find a reliable vet easily, as
well as remembering to feed or medicate
their pet.

12. Feasibility
As we have already started to program our
app, we find our app is definitely able to
constructed. In order to program our app, we
will need to learn how to code it. We have
found that we used Tiny DB, Google Maps,
Contacts, Location Services, Rating
Website, and the Search Bar.
