The Hatt Project is developing a mobile app to help homeless shelters receive hat donations from users. The app will allow users to easily donate hats, play hat-related games, and provide donations to shelters in need. It targets Seattle area residents who want to donate hats and help those without adequate warmth. The app aims to address the problem that many lack a convenient way to donate and that warmth is needed. It will feature donation pages linking to nearby shelters, instructions for making hats to donate, and may expand locations and games over time based on feedback.

We are the Hatt Project and we are developing

in Washington aren’t warm enough at night or

10. Donations
This is the donation page. Here, you can select
your zip code and find the homeless shelters
closest to you. Each shelter will have a link to
their website (when applicable) and a number
to call.

11. Make a Hatt!
On the Make a Hatt page, you can follow steps
to make your own hatt. There will be multiple
kinds of hats to make. You can then donate the
hat you made yourself to a person in need!

12. Feasibility
This is a relatively simple app that should be
easy to program. We have all learned through
tutorials how to do everything we need.

13. In the Future...
We will add more zip codes and homeless
shelters so more people can contribute! We will
also probably add more games. Also, if we
receive comments/reviews, we will try to make
changes based on those.
