This document discusses Velo, a mobile app that aims to encourage more active bicycling by gamifying the experience. The app tracks user bicycling activity and assigns points/levels. Over 40 million bicycles are sold annually in Indonesia but most users are "passive". Mockups show how the app would track rides, user profiles, leaderboards and more to motivate increased bicycling.
