How the process works in CITEC Client with development need is contacted by CITEC Hutch given client background, “wish list” Hutch, CITEC visit client for tech assessment Hutch prepares preliminary requirements, scope document CITEC Presents to client Once agreed by client, Hutch prepares Work Breakdown Establishes disciplines, level requirements Hutch and/or CITEC contact resources, obtain quotes Hutch, CITEC prepare proposal, submit to client Proposal includes management fee to CITEC Upon agreement, client issues PO to CITEC CITEC, Hutch manage project to completion Frequent reports to client helps educate them Upon completion, CITEC delivers project, invoice. Revenues: Mgt fee, pass-thru resource fees.

Service has created “Community of Practice” Statewide Service will involve “virtual” teams of technical resources. Technical resources will be housed in NYS database. Service will become source of impact and revenue to AM&T Development to be a collaboration among Centers GOALS:(my prioritization) 1. Help NY Manufacturers promote job growth 2.
