- 1. Vark scores Visual: 1 Aural: 6 Read/Write: 6 Kinesthetic: 5 a. My two highest VARK scores are: Aural:6 And Read/Write: 6 b. What are your two lowest VARK scores? Visual: 1 And Kinesthetic with a: 5 I use Visual strategies by changing my words into pictures. It helps me with remembering definitions. I use pictures that relate to my own experience and things around me. Aural being one of my highest scores is most beneficial to me. I know attending all classes and getting involved with class discussion help when its time to study. I always recap later on what; what said in class by myself and others. With Read/write being my second highest, my note taking is pretty good. Having my text book in front of me really helps with what I’m learning. I love looking at the examples and answering questions in the book. By applying the strategies used from the VARK I tend to stay more relaxed and focused.
