12. Response to Outbreaks- vaccine & vaccination

country submits the “Official Request for
Vaccine” to the Rinderpest Secretariat.

if accepted, the Rinderpest Secretariat
liaises with the RHFs to facilitate vaccine
deployment and shipping procedures.
