6. More and more backpack shoppers are trying to answer questions about products through
online research. Whereas, in the past, purchasing outdoor activity equipment that had
stringent fit requirements was largely an in-store endeavor.
Lately, consumers had expressed in increased desire for the convenience of online research
and shopping for outdoor activity equipment, but their focus on stringent fit requirements has
not decreased.
Problem: they want to shop/purchase online, but how a backpack product fits on an
individual's body is a critical component of the perceived quality of ownership experience

Then allow each person to present their
solution sketch.
