- 9. Mini Reflection 1. Google Slides can help teachers share information with students in a fun and engaging way. This new generation of students is used to engaging with technology, and will likely be more interested in the material if it is presented to them in this way. 2. Google Classroom can allow teachers to present lessons to students through a fun, engaging format, but it also allows for parent involvement and peer interaction between students. Students can use discussion boards and examine the work of one another through Google Classroom. Whereas technology generally provides students with an independent academic experience, Google Classroom allows for interaction between peers, which will increase intellectual curiosity in students. 3. One benefit of using Google Slides were that no paper was wasted in the creation of this lesson, making it ecologically-friendly. A challenge was that it was very time consuming to make interactive lessons that would incorporate all ability levels.
