This document discusses upper limb arthroscopy of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and trapezio-metacarpal joints. For the shoulder, common indications are rotator cuff pathology and instability. For the elbow, indications include removal of loose bodies, joint debridement, and capsular release. For the wrist, arthroscopy is used for diagnostic purposes, prior to ligament reconstruction to confirm cartilage status, styloidectomy, and joint debridement for TFCC tears. Radial styloidectomy can be performed arthroscopically or openly to relieve pain from impingement of the radial styloid.
