SUPPORT OUTLOOK
 Chronic health conditions take a good
amount of time to diagnose, treat, and
maintain the care needed for optimal

 The continuum of care for Substance
abuse includes treatment, clinical support,
sober or transitional living, peer to peer
support, and a safe work environment.
 Recovery support services should remain
in place for a minimum of 12-18 months.
 Most people go back to work between 30-
60 days after they begin their recovery.
 Going back to a safe work environment
plays a large part in the success of their
