2. INTRODUCTION
I’d love to share with you some basic understanding of the marvelous
ways human physiology works. This may call your consciousness to be
more committed to taking care of yourself and enjoying your life through
the experience of being grateful, surprised, and fascinated by the incredi-
ble beauty that makes our physical body alive, the same energy that lives
everywhere in the Universe.
How great is the harmony that helps us live in a mutual relationship with so
many other beings! The human body is made of billions of our own and
bacterial cells, every one of them replaced many times over in the course
of our life. Moreover, if we look at what matter is made of, we can start to
understand the continuity that exists between the physical body and its en-
ergy state. In fact, every cell is made of molecules that are made of atoms
that are made of particles and… all the way down to the essential energy.
It means that absolutely everything is structured on the same basis of en-
ergy: we all are brothers and sisters, originally coming from the same sub-
stance.
Science is beginning to discover this fundamental energy. For example, we
discovered the cosmic microwave background filling all space, the energy
still working from the Big Bang in the process of creation. They discovered
as well the “dark energy”, a fundamental energy permeating all of space
and making the entire universe expand; they call it “dark” because they still
don’t understand its principles, but even if its mechanism is too great to be
understood just by the brain, every being may feel it in some way, because
it is everywhere, even within us.
Everything that exists is full of harmony, highly organized and increasingly
coherent, and is based on a few universal laws that coordinate the compo-
sition of infinite possibilities. This is amazing, don’t you think? This order,
beauty, coherence, magnificence, vastness, energy, variety, freedom… this
Infinite that we enjoy, like drops of water floating in the ocean, is called
God: the Creator, the infinite Love that makes everything alive.
Truth is very simple — you can feel it as freedom, wellness, happiness,
deep emotion, joy, kindness, beauty… and many other positive vibrations.
3. These feelings are what you really are: the notes of your Soul that form a
part of the infinite melody of the Universe. When a chord of Truth is played,
the notes of your Soul that are attuned to this chord resonate, and you may
feel it directly as a vibration. Truth is very easy to recognize, we just need
to train our heart to be honest and free to express itself more deeply every
day. Try it: put your heart into the situation, let your love flow no matter
what may be happening around you, and take the outcome as the most
precious learning you may have received from life. Let the fear, false de-
fenses, or anything that takes you out of the melody, go away. Open your
heart and let the Love of God come into your consciousness.
Chapter 1. MAKING DECISIONS FROM YOUR HEART
The approach to gently listening to your heart may directly change your
inner state. Sometimes kind attention is all you need to be able to release
what you don’t need anymore and have a new beginning. We can have
new beginnings at any time, because life is blooming every moment! Re-
member that steering your life in the direction of love makes every expe-
rience valuable and full of gratitude. Below is a beautiful meditation that
you can practice to radically improve your heart sensitivity in the direction
of love.
The only way to have no fear is to become brave. The only way to get out
of the darkness is to switch on the lights. Putting on your lights means
knowing yourself, your real self, your origin, your purpose, your love. All
that you want to know about yourself is inside of you, in your heart. You
can feel it more and more every day if you follow it bravely; so please, be
brave and ask your heart everything you want to know, then you can learn
to trust who you are, what you feel, why you are here. Learn to trust your
qualities, your happiness, your gifts, and with that learn to trust the Love
that created you as a beautiful human being, directly connected to all the
other beings that are created just like you are. You will become aware of
being a child of God and of having a huge family of brothers and sisters
living in the whole Universe.
To make any decision in your life, and especially for your children, remem-
ber to check how you really feel about it; the heart doesn’t lie, it’s the en-
4. trance door into your happiness, your Soul, and any other heart in the Uni-
verse, including the heart of God.
The heart doesn’t lie, but it may be hurt due to some violence that you
didn’t forgive yet. So at that point you don’t notice anymore that the Love of
God is everywhere, giving and forgiving naturally. If you really wish to know
the truth, you can always pay attention to your heart, to love, and learn
every day more and more about yourself. In this process you can heal your
wounds with humility and joy: if you really understand that a greater Love
always exists, you will be happy to change your beliefs anytime, with the
greater Love, and make a new best choice. The Universe itself is always
growing and changing, let’s follow its example.
If you are a parent, in some moment of this beautiful experience, you may
have felt the deep happiness of being responsible for someone else, so-
meone completely trusting you, totally loving you, someone who chose you
for growing and bringing their uniqueness into this world. If you are a mom,
during pregnancy you probably had moments (I hope many of them) of
deep clarity: you always knew life was so touching! Did you cry at the first
moment of seeing your baby? Did you smile? How did you feel, do you
remember? Did you trust the happiness that your baby was bringing here
or did you refuse it, because of your mental habits that said that life is just
what you already know? Whatever you did, you can connect now with the
love that you received then and open your heart deeper and deeper, letting
your resistance toward happiness dissolve in the essence of life.
Obviously, it is not necessary to be a mom to know these kinds of feelings.
When we are born on this planet, we bring with us many abilities that we
can directly feel in our heart as joy, happiness, movement, peace, a sense
of home, unity... Do you remember how you felt in the peaceful and joyful
moment of your childhood? Every one of us, as a child, did experience this
natural state of awakening, the state of happiness, the connection with the
essence of Life. We are just not conscious of it. As adults, we have the op-
portunity to cultivate this natural joy of existence consciously. Try to reco-
ver that heart or expand it with the intention to love everything, absolutely
everything, including the wounds in your heart. Try to remember by asking
5. you heart how you feel and embrace the answer or the sensation that you
get: let it expand in your body and beyond.
Once you recognize the sensations of your heart and start trusting them
again, following them to the real you, you will be much more free to make
new and happier choices. Moreover, you will be able to listen to your chil-
dren in a very different way, without judgment or mental schemes that
you’ve learned but that do not make you happier. A very useful question to
pose to your most sincere heart, in order to get a better understanding of
an issue, is “what should I convey to my children about it?” Take the time to
receive a new answer to your question from your pure will to love.
Being free from suffering depends only on us: how much love we embrace
in our life, how many beautiful experiences we have, and beautiful expe-
riences are those we look at with peace, compassion, trust, hope, and fi-
nally--when becoming aware--with real touching joy.
We should always take the best feelings and moments of our life as a refe-
rence. They tell us: this is the way! Follow that way and you will find more
happiness.
Chapter 2. THE PURPOSE OF LIFE AND DISEASE

What is the meaning of our physical life?
First of all, we are eternal souls. Even if we don’t remember that, by liste-
ning to our heart we can sense it. In addition, we have many testimonies
of near-death experiences. The Soul is our energy what we really are.1
Remember, a cell is made of molecules that are made of atoms that are
made of particles that are made of... energy! Life in the material dimension,
with its beginning and end, is stimulating from the perspective of our Soul,
that usually lives eternity, because you have to accomplish your mission in
time! When we are born on this planet, the Soul, or a part of it, enters into

6. the physical body and makes it alive, temporarily losing the awareness of
eternal life, but having on the other hand acquired many stimuli toward its
evolution: questions, limitations, tasks, and other challenges familiar to us
in the material life. Here, your Soul meets many other souls that probably
live so far from you in the spiritual dimension.
Life is a beautiful movie full of suspense, where you direct a protagonist
who may cry or laugh, while experiencing all kinds of stories, sometimes
completely taken over by these experiences. What do we learn by playing
our role? The same thing that we learn by playing games where we put re-
strictive rules, specializing in what we love to do. For example, by playing
soccer we specialize in using every single part of our foot. In the case of
life, by specializing in what we love, we discover more and more deeply
the greater Love, this is the real purpose of life. This mechanism works as
a springboard for the evolution where we all go toward the Love of God.
Why do we play this game?
We play this game to have fun and grow together in the joy of making
many different experiences, with many different souls coming here to share
and create something very new. This planet Earth is especially challenging,
because it embraces lots of variety. The purpose of this planet is to bring
together many different beings, an incredible number of different species,
habitats, and ways of living and thinking, all of them nurtured and embra-
ced by the love of planet Earth that offers the conditions for us to share,
exchange, and experience our differences in an incredible balance of ele-
ments. Planet Earth is a living being, too. It offers its whole body, the oxy-
gen, the hydrogen, water, and many other elements in perfect balance for
every being to live on it. It has a consciousness with a huge amount of love
needed to give life to everyone living on the planet as a father who encou-
rages us with his love and livelihood and as a mother who embraces and
cares for everyone with patience and kindness.
Why do we suffer?
The fact is that everything in the Universe has the same rules. The physi-
cal body does, too. One of these rules is “cause and effect.” If you caused
harm to yourself or others, you will suffer. Harm results from going against
7. yourself or others by ignoring the heart, by stepping on sensitivity, by di-
strusting the simplicity and purity of a child’s heart, the heart we all had in
the beginning of our life. Unfortunately, contemporary social habits and ru-
les are mostly against the purity, the sensitivity, the delicacy, the simplicity.
If you are “following the trend,” you’re most likely causing yourself or others
some harm, and you may be accumulating some physical consequences
from doing that.
Do illnesses come due to not following the heart?
There are three basic causes of disease:
1. We have rules, habits, or beliefs that are not aligned with our real sel-
ves, with our real nature. It means that if we pay attention to how things
really feel to our heart, our most sincere heart, we would choose a comple-
tely different way of acting, thinking, or living. In this first category comes
the most common suffering of modern society that is often categorized as
physical illness. For example, a person may have high blood pressure be-
cause of various causes (stress, junk food…); if we treat it as “hyperten-
tion,” we neither face nor solve the cause and the person will be further
away from knowing and caring for themselves. Anyhow, these cases are
often the easiest ones to solve with a simple self-reflection based on the
will to love.
2. We have a specific wish to grow in a certain field of competence, and
we take even more physical limitations to challenge ourself and to offer our
example to others, first of all to our parents, to encourage them, to help
them feel the real essence of life, which is not about concerns at all, to live
and show the way to go beyond the illusions through the will to love. Most
of the parents that receive such a child in fact, change their lives in some
way, hopefully in the direction of cultivating more sensitivity to the meaning
of life and toward their own heart. So, in this case we take on a body that
may serve this purpose. For example, we may wish to get very competent
in showing that the real value of every person is the love that lives in the
heart. So we may take on a form of a disabled body to make it even more
evident. Just to mention some very clear examples of this: Nick Vujicic, He-
8. len Keller, Nobuyuki Tsujii, Silvia Savoldi, Hikari Ōe... There are many
others, even not famous at all; you can recognize them because, if you pay
attention to to their inner state, despite physical limitations or discomforts
that are commonly considered “horrible misfortunes,” these individuals
don’t suffer from their condition. To the contrary, they fully express their
kindness, their authentic value and some degree of consciousness about
love, courage and compassion. They help lots of people, usually their mo-
thers first, to become conscious of love.
3. The cause of the illness lies in past experiences, even very distant expe-
riences that we may not remember, as past lives. Sometimes we were not
able to resolve an experience satisfactorily, as we didn’t develop the love
needed to overcome it in peace and gratitude. Our Soul then cleans up the
accumulated suffering through a physical disease. When we fully recover
the peace, hopefully during this physical life or after, our Soul plans the
next experience, happy to go deeper and deeper with the meaning of exi-
stence. We always have all the instruments we need to go further, so plea-
se enjoy every moment and let the door of the infinite possibilities open
your heart and mind.
How can I open the heart door?
The heart door opens every time you get in touch with happiness, love,
peace… with all the qualities of your Soul. These are very simple things
that reconnect you with real love. Seeing babies and pets works for almost
every human: when you look at them you immediately feel a bit different,
then your choice is to follow or not this direction with all your will. You can
train yourself to go in the direction of love in any situation, to live freely in
the way that you prefer, no matter what happens around.
Another way of reconnecting with your heart is doing things that your Soul
appreciates the most, because through them you express your real quali-
ties. For example, if God created you as an artistic soul, you easily open
your heart when you express yourself through art. Or if your soul is created
to care for people, you may easily open your heart when you help others.
So, take the courage and responsibility to trust your best self and start by
9. knowing and expressing your authentic beauty! Share your divinity with all
of us, your human family, and thank you for sharing.
Chapter 3. REAWAKENING HEART’S SENSITIVITY MEDITATION
Below is a beautiful meditation that you can practice to radically improve
your heart’s sensitivity in the direction of love.
“Love is to turn despair into great hope. Love is the divine beauty of the
Universe. Love is to cry tears of joy. Love is to enjoy an immense peace-
fulness. Love is to forgive it all. Love is to be able to wait. Love is to en-
courage one another in any difficulty. Love is to fully open your heart and
embrace everybody. Love is to touch sweetly. Love is total inner liberation.
Love is to protect the weak. Love is to find the will and the courage to do
no harm. Love is to drop selfish and personal needs. Love is to serve joy-
fully. Love is the light of your heart that lets your life shine. Love is to live
with the greatest humbleness. Love is to be sincerely thankful for life. A
firm willingness to love makes miracles happen. In the Universe, this love
is called God.
Love goes beyond words. It’s impossible to define it by words, it has to be
experienced directly. Love can also be expressed with a simple smile or a
little act of kindness. Love is a kid that plays joyfully under the protective
energy of a mother. It’s two people that look into each other’s eyes be-
cause they’re in love. It’s a man who works in a global society to reach all
people’s heart and achieve their happiness. It’s to share words coming
from your heart in your family, or with your friends. Love can be felt
through the heart’s sensitivity. If you hurt each other, love is to forgive and
ask for forgiveness, and to relinquish your own, personal, limited point of
view. Love must be nurtured every day, it grows endlessly, and it’s the true
meaning of life.
In the freedom of your inner self, openly and simply, you can try this medi-
tation: close your eyes, tap into your heart’s sensitivity and feel the energy
of love flow into your soul. Then bring back the memory of a phrase that
you’ve been told in the past by parents, relatives, teachers or friends.
10. Process that phrase through your heart’s deepest sincerity and think of
how much it is truly in tune with your soul’s original freedom and most joy-
ful, vibrational form. Listen to the answer deep into your truthful heart. You
can go back to this self-examination several times, picking a new phrase
each time. In this way, you can dispel inner conflicts, personal issues, un-
conscious beliefs and wounds in the heart.
In your daily life, dare to express love. Let the universal energy of love
come to you, and see how your life changes."

Chapter 4. THE SIX FUNDAMENTAL PILLARS FOR LIVING AND HEA-
LING OURSELVES
The new medical system must understand and emphasize the simple principle
that the physical body is always regenerating and healing itself. In order to give
value and support to this natural function it is necessary to not introduce poison
in our body, it means that this function is directly connected with the only principle
of not introducing any poison in our body but cultivating our sensitivity toward
healthy and pleasant substances and habits. In that way we will be free from
strict rules and theories, because we will be able to know what is good for us and
when, as well as when it is not. This is the reason why the new medical system
must avoid poisons, toxic drugs, including vaccine and violent interventions and
replace all that with real medicine.
When we look at the reality with kindness and wish to learn from the wi-
sdom of nature, from the beauty of the Universe, the truth reveals itself
step by step, discovery by discovery, and this is an exciting process for
every humble human who is a scientist at heart. This is very different from
the establishment science, which trains its scientists to analyze the pro-
blems coldly and fight them with harsh manmade solutions, presuming that
we know everything. An important point for the future of medicine is to re-
consider everything about human physiology with deep love and kindness.
When we become capable of looking at human physiology with great re-
spect and a natural sense of gratitude for every marvelous element that
11. does its job in cooperation with all the rest, when the sense of awe pre-
vails, only then will we be able to help our body in its functions without de-
stroying or fighting against its beautiful abilities.
Healing is what our bodies do well naturally every day, when supported
with a healthy lifestyle. In my career and life, as a holistic doctor, I identi-
fied six fundamental pillars for living healthily. They are:
1 – consuming a light diet rich in fruit and vegetables,2
2 - having fun and smiling a lot,3
3 – expressing gratitude, love and compassion,4
4 – pleasently resting
5 – having fun physical activity,
6 – being in contact with nature.5
These six pillars are based on the principle of cultivating our ability to sen-
se what foods, substances, habits, etc. are good or not for us (and when)
and avoid introducing any toxins into our bodies. This way we can be free
from strict rules and theories and just follow our individual senses.
When we get sick, the principles for well-being don’t change at all. To the
contrary, we should be even more committed to practicing sensitivity and

12. care toward our body. It is almost the opposite of what is usually practiced
in modern medicine, which monitors our physical and psychological para-
meters in order to compare them with “normality.” Such comparisons only
create fear, and recently people started to call this attitude “disease mon-
gering.” Many scientific studies demonstrate how lifestyle changes influen-
ce dramatically the course of diseases, especially fasting. In fact, any6 7
disease may be cured by helping our body heal itself through the practice8
of the six pillars in the daily life.
