Night At The Museum
I think “Night at the Museum” is a very entertaining movie because it
brought history to life. One very funny part of the movie is when the T-
Rex skeleton chases Larry the Night Watchman around the museum until
Larry figures out that T-Rex just wants to play fetch with him. Then they
play fetch together just like you would do with a dog. It was so cute, he
was even wagging his tail and Larry even named him Rexy.
Another very amusing part is when the the Capuchin monkey Dexter steals Larry’s
keys. When Larry gets so annoyed with Dexter he treats him like a baby, and then he
plays a trick on Dexter and gives him baby keys. It was so funny. I laughed so hard.

In the movie they called Dexter, “a ball of fun” because he was funny and he was
always playing tricks on the night guards.
My all time favorite part of the movie is when Octavius and Jedadiah team up to save the “Tablet
of Ahkmenrah” from the bad security guards.

When the movie starts, the Cowboys and the Romans are fighting with each other. By the end of
the movie they form a true friendship and they help try to save the day while riding in a toy Jeep.
Then they crash and just when Larry doesn’t think they’ve made it, they magically appear and
say, “We’re not leaving yet!”. It was so funny. This was one of the funniest movies I’ve ever
seen, from the night guard to the monkey, it was all so great.

I would love the job of Larry in the movie because then I would get to see history come to life. I
would get to live the character’s life and even get to meet them.
Ask your Parent!
The movie my mom chose that provoked her is, “An Affair to Remember”. The end
provoked my mom because the man realizes that the lady didn’t leave him for another
man, she got into an accident and couldn’t walk. When she told him what happened he
still loved her.
MATH!
The Base Ten Number System is the same as Place Value. For example, in the
number 385, the three is in the hundreds place, the eight is in the tens place and
the five is in the ones place. Then you keep going up with larger numbers into the
thousands and ten-thousands, and so on, and so on.

The Base Ten Number System is different compared to the Braille number system
because in Braille they use tiny bumps. The first ten letters of the alphabet are
read as numbers. Braille is the system of writing and printing for the blind. Braille
is named after its inventor Louis Braille. Braille is a combination of 63 dot
patterns called characters. Braille was created by punching six or more bumps
into cardboard. Braille was published in 1829.

The Braille number system is not easy to use. Braille is read from left to right just
like we read.
