Misha Conrad is planning a look book video for Jemporium Vintage, a vintage clothing store in Cambridge. The 2-3 minute video will feature 3 models each wearing 4-5 outfits from the store. Digital compositing, green screen, and animated drawings will be used as visual effects. Interviews with the store owner may be included if additional content is needed to reach the target length. Misha has permission to film at the store and borrow equipment from college, so the production can be completed with no budget. The goal is to promote the store's clothing on its website and Instagram.

2. Narrative
Jemporium Vintage –
A vintage one off clothing store in Cambridge
that opened in 2005. They focus on original
street wear and accessories from the 50s to
the early 90s.
I am planning on creating a look book for the shop to use as marketing on their site
and instagram. Inspired by several fashion videos and look books on youtube.
The 3 vfx being used –
Digital compositing: In the edit I will crop clips and piece different outfits on the
screen at the same time eg: I will have the same model on the screen twice in two
different outfits.
Green screen: The models will be filmed in front of the green scree, so that in the
edit I can change the background to different colors and different locations.
Animated drawing: I will use after effects and draw on frames in order to create
some animated drawing and outlines of the models/clothes.

3. Visual & Audio style
• There will be 3 models and each model will wear 4/5 outfits.
• Each model will have long shots/mid shots/ close ups wearing each outfit.
• The models will also be filmed together.
• The models will be moving around and this will match the music once it
edited.
• Interview with Jennifer, only be used if the look book dens’t get to 2 minutes.
This will be used as more of voiceover in between cuts of a tour of the shop.
• The tour of the shop will be done as a follow me around of someone
shopping.
• The music will be upbeat and fun.

4. Time frame
• Aiming for 2-3 minutes
• I will film 3 models both together and separately wit each model having
4/5 different outfits
• If the look book in itself doesn’t add up to 2 minutes, I will do a mini
interview wit owner and founder of Jemporium Vintage and a tour of the
shop.

5. Feasibility
• I have got permission from Jennifer who ows and runs Jemporium vintage to
use their clothes and film he shop.
• Planning on filming in the studio during college hours.
• Interview with Jennifer will be done on a Tuesday afternoon as that’s not as
busy as the weekend and she ahs other people in who can man the shop.
• No transport needed as I will cycle to college and the shop for the shoot.
The model will also already be in college.
