2013 Survey Results
In December 2013, The
Baker’s Dozen management
sent out a survey to 100
recent customers to capture
their feedback regarding
their cookies. The feedback
documented in the surveys
indicated that the chocolate
chip cookie was rated the
lowest on a scale of 1-5, with
an average score of 2.2 and
the macadamia cookie was
the rated the highest with an
average score of 4.7.

As a result, the staff at The Baker’s Dozen needed to
recalibrate on how to make the chocolate chip cookies to
improve the quality and taste of the cookie.
All staff members are to complete this Blackboard course
to understand the need for the training in addition to
some tutorials on how to make the perfect chocolate chip
cookie.
Upon completion, each staff member will demonstrate
the ability to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie and
receive manager approval.
