2. Suggestion:
The suggested graphical logo carries the message symbolizing the process of
biometrics used in tracking the identity of a person (represented in the logo as 3
middle fingers of a human hand – one vertically up and two downwards). The
graphical representation of the theme is presented through representative
symbolism.
The logo is structurally representing the iconography of the UIDAI authority as it
is the combination of the text contained in UIDAI itself.
The proposed logo is simple, symbolic and modern in the current context. The tri-
color band in original colored version uses the universal metaphor of India in
context, where as the textual transformation through the iconic representation of
the text UIDAI itself represents the organization in an unique manner.

3. The proposed logo has been designed in a manner so that it contains the
symmetry . Also the focus was on making it simple enough to represent through
hand drawn sketch.
The logo is also designed looking into trhe aspect how it will be represented in
different environments like monochrome print (press or news paper ads, official
letter heads etc.), full color (ads, building signage, multicolor marketing
collaterals ) . Care has been taken to give it enough visibility in dark colored
backgrounds.
