ADAPTIVE REAL-TIME TRAFFIC HANDLING
1. First call setup (VoIP, Video). Traffic in modulator high-
priority exceeded the threshold (threshold = 4k).
Bandwidth for the defined codec rate (16k) is requested;
2. Second call setup. Traffic exceeds 20K (4k + 16k).
Bandwidth for the two defined codec rates is requested
(16k + 16k = 32k);
3. One of the calls terminates. Bandwidth remains to be
dedicated. A 10-second interval starts;
4. Within 10 seconds the traffic did not exceed 20K,
the station releases the bandwidth of one codec;
5. Second call terminates, the traffic drops below 4K, a 10-second interval starts;
6. Within 10 seconds the traffic did not exceed 4K, the station releases the bandwidth of one codec.
