the use of specialized robotic trading (BoT Trading) in the markets using advanced
algorithmic programs, leveraging on the volatility of the Foreign exchange markets thus

gap between the no. of patients needing medical attention and doctors in Hyderabad/India.

I believe my biggest contribution to Call Health during my period of work was leveraging my
banking and financial contacts and interpersonal skills to bring in the first overseas
investment in to the company. Handled various responsibilities across verticals in the
organisation which include the following but not limited to the following:
 Primary role assigned to me was the responsibility of handling the CFO's office-
meeting management, calendar and ensuring that MIS reports and weekly meetings
were scheduled with various business heads.
 Was subsequently given opportunities to showcase my skills in the finance business
such as forecasting revenue for various businesses across 16 businesses in
CallHealth.
 Was the special contact (SPOC) for all change requests from finance to IT business.
Worked on the innovative concept of “Instant Financials” from the beginning till
end.
 Headed the team working on expansion abroad.
TQM: Project and Change Management:
Moved on to the Project Management (PMT) to lead the resource management team of
250 officers which included business analysts, finance executives, senior managers across
various verticals and CXO's of the organisation with the goal being- to develop a Mckenzie
like consulting model in healthcare. I was tasked with the responsibility of designing a
framework/model wherein vast talents across domains can be put to effective use in
solving organisational problems which were categorized as follows:
a) Organisational Level (Investments, Strategy, Vision and mission)
b) Operational Excellence
c) Customer and Officer delight.
Some of my responsibilities included core project management responsibilities which
included but not limited to the following:
 Work on organisational priorities as listed above with heads of business using the 5A
methodology- beginning with outlining projects containing ‘aspiration’, listing
present ‘actuals’, presenting the ‘gap’ as ‘action’ (to be achieved), ‘analysis’ of the
action finally culminating in ‘achievement’.
 Outlined a process document basis which a program for managing the PMT was
developed working with my colleagues in IT.
 Part of the peer review committee of projects (alongside CXO’s of the company),
structured and presented a rating system that was implemented.
 Introduced the system of mentor/coach/buddy for the officers in the PMT.
Commercials/Administration:
 Primarily responsible for vendor Management, enrolment, negotiations and keeping
a tab on payments and quality control.
 Was successful in streamlining this process and bringing the costs down. Was
credited with the achievement of building CallHealth's first in house vendor
management software (ERP).
 Handled administration tasks for all the CXO's in the organisation, visitor/guest
management, guest book and training in house staff on various day to day
administrative aspects.
Human Resources:
Worked closely with the CXO's in the boot strap phase of our organisation, wherein i was
involved hiring other CXO's, short listing them for interview, brief them about the role and
on-board them once selected.
(This included head HR, Head of business, head of marketing, and the head of medical
protocols and the Chief Medical Officer).
 Worked with HR Ops team and structured the monthly MIS that was being sent to
the top management.
 Set out the road map or the process document about the hiring process to be
adhered for expansion to other states and cities.
DragonMalaysia Limited- (July 2012- April 2014)
 I was entrusted with the responsibility to liase with clients and provide support
relating to our various products (Clone Algo, Algo Pro &Hedge funds) and create a
system of network where problems can be identified, efficiently dealt with and
solved within a specific time frame.
 Initiated and successfully implemented a novel system of invoicing for Dragon
Malaysia, where more than 1000 clients were served and significant amount of
revenue was generated for the company. Was given the responsibility to oversee
the billing cycle for all clients (corporate & retail) and ensure that the clients
paid the TTO (Total Trading Outsourcing) fee due to the company on time.
 Posses a good understanding and practical knowledge of how Foreign
exchange trades are executed with use of algorithms & time trading technology.
Conducted several workshops and train the trainee sessions for our sales agents
and staff in Singapore.
 Entrusted with the task of setting up Malaysia’s first ever off-shore Forex
hedge fund in Labuan. Familiar with the requirements of setting up company’s
off-shore, (BVI, Seychelles and Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia).
 I was also given the additional responsibility of handling the day-day operations of
the office, I was promoted and made the youngest Director of Dragon Malaysia
Limited and was made in charge of the Malaysian operation of the group.

of roads and providing drinking water).

o Providing free medical check up’s in old age homes and foster homes to
