9. Academic History
• For GCSEs I did CIDA which included basic graphic design and
web development skills as well as computer science which
gave me a basic understanding of coding. Since finishing high
school I started A Levels in Law, Comp Science, psychology and
maths. Since then I realised the Alevel course style didn’t suit
my style of learning and so in the september of 2020 I moved
over to a Creative Media vocation which more suits my needs
and style of learning better as well as helps build skills
necessary for my chosen career path aswell as university
10. Current Study
• Studying creative media has taught me many skills in graphic
design, video editing and production processes, this is valuable
to me as going into university will allow me to further nurture
these skills and then start a career in the digital media field
11. The Future
• In the future my dream is to move to California to work for
NaughtyDog studios in Santa Barbara as a game developer or
story writer. This is a very ambitious goal as ND is one of, if not
the biggest games studio so to get there I plan to work for
different indie developers to build a repertoire as well as make
my own indie games/screenplays. A big career goal of mine is
to work with Neil Druckman and Luke Barnett to write a ND
game
12. Outside College
• Outside college I do a lot of hiking and rock climbing as well as
streaming on twitch to raise money for charities. I’m also an
avid reader and enjoy a wide range of different genres of book,
my current favourites being ‘The Devil and the Dark Water’
and ‘The Return of Shelock Holmes’
13. Conclusion
• I want to go to university because I believe it will further me as
a person by pushing me into a new environment and out of my
comfort zone while teaching me skills to help progress my
career
