Me in 30 Seconds

   I am a diligent hard worker who strives for
excellence in everything I do. I am a man who
can work well with others and I have the ability
 to lift one who may be down. I have a strong
 desire to work with others and together make
 a difference. I continue to learn and progress
in knowledge and strive towards achieving my
                      goals.
Highlights

                 Career Leader Assessment
    ●   I found it very interesting to review my Career Leader
        Assessment because of how well it coincided with my
                     “Me in 30 Seconds” statement.
●       It mentioned how I would do well in working with others
        and in my statement I mentioned how I liked doing that.
●   Making a difference was also something that both things
      had in common. I mentioned that I like working with
     others to make a difference and that was one of my
             biggest motivators in the assessment
Highlights

             3 Substantial Accomplishments
        ●   Serving a full-time service mission
●   Attending college to earn a degree in business
                    management
●   Being a secretary for 8 months while service a
              full-time service mission
I find these three things as substantial
because a full 2 year mission was the hardest
work that I have every done. It was more than
a 9-5 job but it was an all day effort to help
others.
Attending college is one of the greatest things
that I have done because I am the first in my
family to do so. It has helped me to
understand myself better and that I'm smarting
than I give myself credit.
Being a secretary helped me become better
organized and taught me responsibility. Many
were dependent on my dedication and work.
Highlights
                    Articles
  I loved reading the articles that were chosen
for us to read and especially enjoyed reading,
 “Whole Soul as an Offering” by Elder Bednar.
    The way he encourages us to not take the
   path of least resistance inspired me to take
classes to increase my knowledge and not just
     to pass the class. It was great to hear the
 prophesies and promised blessing from Pres.
   Eyring and also the importance of knowing
                   who you are.
Highlights

                   Resume
   I feared having to do the resume for this
  assignment because I didn't have any real
business experience but it was rally nice to go
to the resume review and learn from the tutor
 the in's and out's to having a good resume. I
      learned that it isn't always your work
 experience that is important, but it is the way
                 you present it.
Highlights

I enjoyed creating my LinkedIn profile and the
 ability to search for connections with people I
 know. I haven't had a lot of experience with it
yet but I can see how it can be a great tool for
   those in the business world. I was able to
      connect with people both foreign and
   domestic. It is an amazing tool and I look
 forward to the opportunities it will bring me in
                    my career
