The best available, up-to-date information on all fishing and related vessels that appear on the illegal, unregulated, and unreported (IUU) fishing vessel lists published by Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) and related organisations. The aim of the site is to improve the effectiveness of the original IUU lists as a tool for a wide variety of stakeholders to better understand and combat illegal fishing and broader fisheries crime.
To date, the following regional organisations maintain or share lists of vessels that have been found to carry out or support IUU fishing within their own or adjacent convention areas and/or species of competence:
Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR)
Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna (CCSBT)
General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM)
Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC)
International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT)
Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC)
Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO)
North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC)
North Pacific Fisheries Commission (NPFC)
South East Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (SEAFO)
South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation (SPRFMO)

The Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List merges all these sources into one list that provides a single reference point to identify whether a vessel is currently IUU listed. Vessels that have been IUU listed in the past and subsequently delisted (for example because of a change in ownership, or because the vessel is no longer in service) are also retained on the site, so that the site contains a full historic record of IUU listed fishing vessels.
Unlike the IUU lists published on individual RFMO websites, which may update vessel details infrequently or not at all, the Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List is kept up to date with the best available information regarding changes to vessel identity, flag state, ownership, location, and operations.

- 2. What makes me want to vote? I want to vote because I know there are people out there who cannot vote for many reasons. I also believe that everyone should stand up for what they believe in and I for one do not want to be left with a horrible president for 4 years.. Or let a crude law be passed if I know I can make a difference. What do I want to change? I hope Obamacare changes in the future. I also hope there are changes to our education systems, not for only our students but also our teachers. I also hope we find a way to mediate border control in a respectful but effective way. I also hope we learn to grow as a state together… and quit battling with other regions. What do I want to stay the same? I want our sense of freedom to stay in tact. I would also like to keep our open minded people in office for our state. It seems to be very beneficial so far and I can just see the benefits pouring in, in the future.
- 3. What did I learn this semester? I learned what the Missouri Plan consisted of, how much influence can affect a presidential election, and how much more power the US Government has over the Lone Star State. What would I like to learn more about? I would personally like to see how our State offices work. Maybe be more involved in voting for community policies or laws. I would like to see how each county works as well in this state! What I have Learned
- 4. Education is the key to our future generations making a positive difference in the world. I believe if we changed the way the schools work and make it a more positive experience for them and even teachers, then our future generations would have more to lean on. I also wish we could set the teachers up to higher expectations but in return give a higher pay or bonus’s. Standardized testing should also be modified if not taken away in general. I believe education is key to our future. Sch Education
- 5. In my opinion, I do believe Texas has a good amount of influence on the Federal Goernment. We are a state that has a great amount of immigration flow. We also have a large number of voters in our state considering how large it is. We do have a way of influencing the federal government to give us the certain things we want… mostly money or funding. - 6. The most important lesson I will take with me would be the importance of voting. Whether it is for a community vote, or presidential. Every vote matters. It has also come to my attention all the issues with the education system, border control, and even economy issues considering the amount of low- income or poor citizens Texas has. I will take this information with me after college and always try to be up-to-date with my information. Lessons I will Take with me
