Afghan Toll was established at Kabul in June 2005 .
In 2007 a new company TRANSOXIANA was registered in Pakistan.
Both companies worked under the stewardship of Agha H Amin.

objective of the proposed project was to provide
year-round access to basic services and facilities
in rural areas of Afghanistan covered by the
project.
Pre bid proposal preparation of MOA/507 ,
Facilitating Partner to support the Horticulture
Production Component,March 2007 to May 2007.
We prepared the financial and technical proposal
for a client company but did not succeed in
getting the project. The HLP project sought to
support the Afghanistan Government implement
its Agricultural Master Plan through building local
capacity developing both germplasm and
improved planting materials, introducing new
technologies and assisting local producers to
adopt Best Management Practices (BMP). The
expected result of these investments was a
reinvigorated horticulture and livestock sector
that enables rural economic development to grow
at the target of 5% per annum in order to reduce
rural poverty.

to November 2007. This project was not a success

Agha.H.Amin was educated at the Forman Christian College and the Pakistan
Military Academy . He served in the military from May 1981 till March 1994
and retired as a major from the tank corps.On retirement he established
Karakoram Field Logistic services which he ran as its CEO till August 2000.
In August 2000 he joined monthly Defence Journal as Assistant Editor and
monthly Globe as Executive Editor where he served till May 2002.His first
book Sepoy Rebellion of 1857-59 Reinterpreted was published in August
1998 and Pakistan Army till 1965 was published in August 1999.
Agha.H.Amin wrote extensively in Defence Journal,Globe, Daily Nation,Daily
News, etc during the period 1999-2009 and conducted many interviews with
leading participants of India Pakistan wars.
In 2004 June he joined as founder Editor of Journal of Afghanistan Studies
which was financed by Danish Foreign Ministry at Kabul.Journal of
Afghanistan Studies was Afghanistans first historical research journal in
English and functioned as part of the Afghan NGO Afghanistan Study Centre
earlier known as WUFA or Writers Union of Free Afghanistan established by
noted Afghan intellectual Professor Rasul Amin.In addition he assisted
Professor Rasul Amin in organizing workshops on democracy awareness for
the Carnegie Endowment for democracy grant in 2004 and 2005.
Sumultaneously he also served as General Manager of an Afghan NGO RDA
which carried out various construction projects in Afghanistan , notably
rehabilitation of Kabul University female dormitory and construction of clinics
