Mission
We are looking to provide underserved high school kids with the personal and professional
clarity needed to effectively kick start their careers. We acknowledge that a fragile
socioeconomic status reduces one’s capacity to make mistakes and escalates the difficulty
of pursuing one’s goals. By optimizing our student’s discovery process, we aim to
strengthen their sense of self, and the confidence that accompanies it.

Entrepreneurship Congress, Startup Grind Global, WE Day Chicago,
The Steve Harvey Foundation Mentoring Program, the National Black
MBA Association, and the Essence Festival of Culture.
One of Chicago Inno’s 25 Under 25 Rising Chicago Entrepreneurs &
Technologists, one of 200 people under 40 in Encyclopedia
Britannica's Shapers of the Future and was a Finalist for Time +
Nickelodeon's Kid of the Year Award.
Jayden Eickhoff-Brown (Program Director)
Born and Raised in Chicago, Illinois
Recent graduate of Whitney M. Young Magnet High School.
Strong background in sports as a track and field all-american on the
state and national level.
Currently studying sports management at the University of Illinois and
works for the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics there.
Jayden has also been a member of the non-for-profit Dream Hustle
Code since 2017 and wants to further empower Black & Brown Youth to
emerge themselves into the tech industry and inspire them to create
their own success.
Always looking for ways to transform the world around her and bring
more opportunities to those who need it.
