  • #4 Why are we special? why are we a blue ocean?- Accurate, realtime traffic data does not yet exist in singapore-currently, there is no competitor tapping on the power of the consumers to generate reliable traffic data. They use sensors, radio towers or other means to capture traffic data-and because we are tap on the power of the consumer, the possibilities are endless. Consumers can give feedback to us instantly with a click of a button. For eg. if he wants to report a technical glitch, he presses a certain number ( say 4) If he wants to report an accident on the road, he presses another number ( say 5) A feedback mechanism such as this is not yet seen in the market. Over time, our data will be more and more accurate.
