The document outlines tasks for a teamwork skills unit, including contributing to team goals, understanding responsibilities, and planning and undertaking team activities. As an example project, the document describes a team creating a TV drama. They organized roles, planned the genre, plot, filming location, and makeup. Responsibilities included operating the camera, makeup, and acting. They planned a script, location, and props. The camera operator recorded the film. Everyone had a different role in creating the drama

We all sat down in the classroom to plan what we wanted to do and so we decided to create a

We discussed the genre, plot, filming location and makeup.
5. UNDERSTAND YOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OTHERS
– What are your agreed activities within the group?
Dan/Jess – camera
Jonny/Cameron/Jordan/Dan P – acting
Steph – Makeup

Dan/Jess – Responsibilities are to actually film the film
Steph – to make sure that the makeup looks real
Dan P/Cameron/Jonny/Jordan – Make sure that the acting looks authentic.
6. PLAN AND UNDERTAKE
– Plan activities that enable the team to reach its goals. This could be a script? Shot list?
Location scouting? Bringing Props? Memorising lines? etc etc
We did plan a script, we did plan the location of where we were going to film and that is barnes park. The
only props that we brang was the makeup for the bruises and the wallet for the robbery.
– Identify own responsibilities towards the team in relation to the plan. What do you
specifically have to do?
All I had to do was make sure that I recorded the film, making sure that I got the rights shots when
needed.
– Carry out own responsibilities? Where will the evidence for this be? On screen, behind the
camera?
I was behind the camera recording the actors acting for the film.

We all worked together in doing the roles that we needed to do and everyone did them to their best
ability so therefore that’s how it turned out as it did.

I believe that everyone did the role that they needed to do to their best abilities for all of the activates that
were needed to make the film
– Describe different team members’ contributions
The people that weren’t in the in the tv drama contributed to the planning of the drama, and the people in
the tv drama obviously they contributed by acting or camera and makeup.
