Aidan likes to get results through others. He is at his best when he has
people working with him in a team environment. He wants to be liked
by everyone and to be recognized for his willingness to help others in
time of need. He is outgoing and sociable. He will be seen as a good
solution provider on the job. He tries to influence others through a
personal relationship, and many times, will perform assisting activities
to strengthen this relationship. Aidan, as a leader, can use his people
skills to build group involvement and increase performance from the
group. His goal is to have and make many worth-while friends. At
work, he is good at maintaining friendly public relations. He likes the
freedom from many controls to be able to think “outside of the box”
for better results. He wants to be seen as his own person, but usually
projects it in friendly terms. Aidan likes feedback from his manager on
how he is doing, and what he could be doing better. He has a strong
ego and usually projects this ego in friendly terms.
Aidan likes to be involved in the decision-making process. When he has
strong feelings about a particular problem, you should expect to hear
these feelings, and they will probably be expressed in a passionate
manner. Because of his trust and willingness to accept people as they
are, he may misjudge the abilities of others. He can make decisions,
even though some of the facts to support the decision may be missing.
Sometimes, he will seek the quick and simple decision to a complex
issue in order to move forward. His interest in detailed work also
motivates his desire for simplistic problem solving. He may leap to a
favorable conclusion without considering all the facts, but a great
supporting team usually makes up for his eagerness to move forward
too quickly. He usually makes good decisions after gathering the
applicable facts and supporting data. He tries to be consistent in
coaching others.
 
Aidan judges others by their task performance, and positive adaptability to
a situation. He is positive in his approach to dealing with others. He
may not understand why everyone doesn't see life as he does, but is
willing to do what he can for the good of the team. He will
optimistically interact with people in an assured, diplomatic and
personal manner. He is highly excited by what influences him. Aidan
can become passionate about any subject in which he believes in. He
will know many people from which he can draw from for input. He
usually is very animated when talking. He is people-oriented and
verbally fluent.

He tries to influence others through a personal relationship, and many times, will perform assisting activities to strengthen this relationship. He tries to be consistent in coaching others.   Aidan judges others by their task performance, and positive adaptability to a situation. He is positive in his approach to dealing with others. He may not understand why everyone doesn't see life as he does, but is willing to do what he can for the good of the team. He will optimistically interact with people in an assured, diplomatic and personal manner. He is highly excited by what influences him. Aidan can become passionate about any subject in which he believes in. He will know many people from which he can draw from for input. He usually is very animated when talking. He is people-oriented and verbally fluent.
