The Stellar Telemetry system allows researchers to monitor vital signs of multiple animals with a single receiver. It uses implantable transmitters to collect data from freely moving animals both inside and outside of the receiver's range. Transmitters store data onboard and transfer it to the receiver when within 5 meters. This provides researchers the flexibility to study animals individually or in groups without restricting their movement. The system monitors various parameters such as temperature, heart rate, activity and can be used in animals ranging from mice to large animals.
