• Building Trust is surprisingly simple – but not 
easy. 
• Trust is a complex relational concept. 
• Often misunderstood, but practiced, even 
unconsciously most of the time. 
• When one persons TRUSTS and the other is 
TRUSTWORTHY there is TRUST. 
• Usually, leading with trust requires You to be 
trustworthy.
