Elephants are really big animals and they eat leaves and grass. The monkeys were really fun to watch. We then went and saw the birds. I learned that bald eagles usually lay one or two eggs at a time. Hummingbirds are the only birds that can fly backwards. The canaries are the most beautiful singers. After seeing the birds we went over and saw lots of different species of bears. Panda bears are black and white. Koala bears usually sleep during the day. Polar bears are the cutest bears! The last section of the zoo we saw was the reptiles. I didn’t know that a Komodo dragon is a reptile. I do not think snakes would make very good pets. Alligators spend most of their time in saltwater. I had so much fun at zoo. Everyone should go to this zoo to see the animals!<br />
