Trend is a general direction in which something is developing or changing.in health care dilevery system the word trend is used to descriebe the prognosis or course of a symtoms ,disease or methods of disease management.. Issue is something that can cause problem but as a health care profession we must have potential to find out ways to sort out these issues causing problem for us or for patients
- Patient centered care means patient focused care ..all health care professionals like doctors,nurses,physicians,dititions and therapist works togather collaboratively like a teamn to meet all the needs of pt at a given situation… Healthy life style mean adaptation of healthy life pracices like personal hygiene. Prevention from potential risks and prevention from diseases is a trend to make ones life healthy and perfect.. Disease management involves early recognition and treatment of diseases
- Research indicates that staying physically active can help prevent or delay certain disease including some cancer,heart disease and diabetes Obesity due to sedentary life styles leades towards cardiovascular diseases like hypertension and stroke Tobacco causes dependency which is a mental health problem Pneumonia and influenza are the top
- Economical factors; new equipments , increase in cost of new drugs ,increase in nm of people providing health care services,advances in technologies social factors;income and income distribution,education,housing,food insecurity,social inclusion and exclusion employment and wrking conditions Behavioral factors; diet,smoking,living style,physical activity,personal hygienic practices Cultural variables;language,values,syles religion,body language, and gender rol can be different in different culture..and as we know many cultures did not allow their womens to get treatment from male health care professional so its effets on health of women Same as in differnet cultures ,different religion has its own limitations that can effect on their health
