SUBJECT: recommendation letter
Gaj Okoren, born 5.12.1992, has joined Studio Moderna d.o.o. call center for the first time
in April 2012 as a sales consultant in telemarketing department. He has been working with
us till 2014 with short brakes due to educational priorities.
His job was cold-call selling our products.
We have found Gaj as a fast learning employee, who with his positive approach to duties
also affects sales team atmosphere. Nevertheless his approach to work was very
professional and responsible.
He was as well always up to and ready to take more demanding task.
Both to costumers and co-workers he was friendly, positive and emphatic. His adaptation
to any kind of situation was extremely fast and consistent.
His job has demanded a high level of empathy, ability to control conflicts, marketing of
specific products, phone sales, negotiation and analysing data.
During the time working for us he has followed and attended all trainings of direct sales.
He has also worked very well as administrator of our satisfied costumers for TV
commercials.
