This document is a proposal for a 2-day school-based camporal for boy scouts and scouters of Calsib Elementary District to be held on November 11-12, 2022 at Calsib Elementary School. The objectives are to organize the scouts to serve others, prepare them to accept responsibility, and equip them with progressive outdoor activities. A detailed budget and funding source is provided, along with a training matrix and monitoring/evaluation plan. The proposal was prepared by the District Field Adviser and School Head and approved by the SGOD Chief and CID Chief.
