The two-week training program in Barka Poland provides vocational education and training professionals experience in Barka's social work models. Over 200 international groups have participated. The training covers both theoretical and practical elements, including visiting Barka projects that help socially excluded individuals become active community members through activities like social cooperatives. The 11 participants from Ireland will learn how Barka assists those in need and explore if aspects of the Barka model could benefit services in Ireland. The program aims to improve understanding of Eastern European clients and identify barriers to helping those facing difficulties in Ireland.
