This document is a training evaluation form for participants in Iowa ESL regional trainings. It contains 16 questions that ask participants to rate their agreement with statements about the training's objectives, participation, relevance of topics, organization of content, usefulness of materials, applicability to work, trainer's knowledge and preparation, achievement of objectives, sufficiency of time, and adequacy of facilities. It also includes open-ended questions asking participants to identify what they liked most, aspects that could be improved, how their practice may change as a result, and additional trainings they would like in the future.
