This study examined the effectiveness of training programs at several industrial organizations. 129 employees from various industries participated in technical skills training programs. Evaluations before and after the training showed significant improvements in knowledge, with average pre-training scores around 20% increasing to average post-training scores of around 70%. Additional case studies showed similar increases, indicating that ongoing training is needed to update employees' technical skills due to advances in technology and industry practices. The results demonstrate that training programs are an important investment for companies to improve employee performance.
