• AFNOR X50-115: A project is a set of
coordinated and controlled activities with
start dates and end, initiated with the target
to attend an objective conforming to specific
requirements.
• PMI (PMBOK 4th edition): A project is a
temporary endeavor undertaken to create a
unique product or service.

Peru 1986 – 2006 (20 years)
• The Metro of Lima, it is an urban system of
transport that covers the city of cardinal Lima
of Peru
• It was decided to initiate the work on08/1986
• The construction advanced with rapidity
during two years (1989), but the country he
was in a deep economic and social crisis,
which did not allow to continue the work.

• The central government decided in the year
2009 that the MTC should recapture the
administration (AATE).
• The financing of the work comes from an
operation of external indebtedness with the
CAF for US$ 300 MM.
• December 2009, The AATE signed the contract
for the construction to the Consortium Lima:

young people making use of the arts and the
urban dance.
