I have managed Tracy Thomasson for about one year on the Support Team for mortgage originations at
Capital One. During that time frame Tracy has proven herself to be organized, efficient and flexible.
Tracy is an excellent Indexer for Home Equity and Mortgage Retail loans; she is my Top performer
month after month. Tracy is a very hard worker with impeccable skill sets; she is very dependable and
self sufficient. Tracy needs little to no supervision and will complete any task given to her in a timely
