To Whom It May Concern,
I have had the privilege of working with Lorraine Vincenty over the course of the past year. I believe she
would be a tremendous asset to any organization and can cite a few of the many examples where I
believe this to be the case:
Professionalism – She has always conducted herself in the most professional manner – from her
appearance when I put her in front of my clients to her dialogue and communication skills exhibited. In
addition, her knowledge about the investment securities industry was a valuable resource to tap into.
Relevance – With the myriad of news available, Lorraine filtered through all of it and only passed along
the data deemed relevant and meaningful, saving me from a tremendous amount of time that would
otherwise have been spent inefficiently.
Proactive Nature – She showed initiative by providing branch managers with timely updates on
competitor firms, seeking me out to offer assistance, flying out to meet with clients and spending one-on-
one time with me to assist in my recruiting efforts.
Accountability – Periodically, I would contact her for questions or consultation. Without exception, I would
always receive a prompt response back from her with an answer or solution to my needs.
Integrity – Instead of focusing on the negatives of our competitors, Lorraine would highlight our firm’s
relative strengths instead. She always spoke honestly and respectfully about other firms and individuals.
These are just a few of the qualities I have seen displayed from Lorraine in my short time with Raymond
James & Associates, Inc. While I was sorry to see her go, I have no doubt that she will continue to
provide her new organization with the very same strengths and resources that we were fortunate to have
enjoyed.
