This document summarizes the key findings from the 2019 NFP Innovation Index. It finds that while the overall innovation score has increased slightly, it has plateaued, so non-profits need to reset their innovation priorities for 2020. It highlights that digital transformation, leadership, and culture are important drivers of innovation. The top 10 most innovative non-profits are recognized based on the Innovation Index and peer voting. Case studies from innovative organizations provide insights into leadership, culture, and digital transformation.
