topic because labor quality, abilities, and portions of
productivity results can be subjective rather than
quantitative. At present the number of employees of the
Group of companies is over 1500
Productivity levels are heavily influenced by the capital
invested. With 25 outlets at the prominent places the
group is working aiming to expand its business around
the world.
One of the most important aspects of production is
management. For Top Ten, it is the primary key to
working on an organization's productivity as a whole. By
proper management Top-Ten able to ensure the effective
use of labor resources.
Forecasting Time Horizons
 LONG-RANGE FORECATING:
1. Choosing a product design with a strategy for
supplying scarce materials.
2. Long-range financial strategy for raising funds for
capital investment while creating new material sources.
3. Construct new structures and purchase new materials
 MEDIUM-RANGE FORECATING:
1. Required Staffs level to achieve sales & production
2. Amount of money to be spent on sales effort
3. Short-term capital requirements to be purchased to
meet increased production
 SHORT-RANGE FORECATING:
1. Inventory of a particular product should be carried
next month
2. Schedule of next week production for different
products
3.Allocation of worker on regular time basis and on
overtime basis next week as well as maintenance
workers

So, this company is in the top position of the tailor industry of
Bangladesh.
